Jewelry Care

With proper care, your fine exquisite jewelry will last a lifetime. To minimize scratches and other damage, store either in a the cloth pouch you received or in a separate compartment in your jewelry box. After wearing, gently wipe each piece clean of make-up and skin oils. Store jewelry pieces separately so it doesn’t tangle with or scratch other jewelry. Always ensure to apply make-up and hair spray before putting on your jewelry. And please do not sleep with your jewelry on.

What Is Your Return and Exchange  Policy?

All sales are final. No exchange or return for hygiene and health reasons.

At Akajou Creation, your complete satisfaction is our number one concern. Everything we design, create, or sell is guaranteed to please you and any recipient. We believe in going big or going home. If something is wrong with your order, such as:

  • Wrong item (size, color) was shipped
  • Lost item during shipping. (We are not liable for orders tracked as "Delivered" . Please contact the carrier)
  • Damage item within 7 days of purchase
  • Broken item in your possession (No refunds or mail replacements will be issued)

Please contact us at akajoucreation@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, so we can try to work something out, and find a happy medium.

Shipping costs for exchange are the buyer's responsibility. Items must be returned in original packaging or similar. Unaltered in the original condition of purchase in order to accommodate with a courtesy exchange of an item of the same category & price.

All returns must include signature delivery and tracking details. Request will result in a denial If criterias are not met

Returns will be met on a case to case basis.

Please note we send out returns/exchanges 15 business days after receiving the original pair.

For any remade Item,  the customer will be liable to pay for the full price for the item and for shipping.

CANCELLATION:

Requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase. 

Do You Ship?

Yes. We currently ship to specific states in the United States and Canada. We deliver via UPS, Fedex and United States Postal Service. We can get your new item to you across the nation and overnight. Due to COVID-19, we only ship once a week , please expect additional shipping wait up to 15 business days.

Does Akajou Creation ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. You will receive a confirmation email with a shipment tracking number after your order has shipped.
