Join Akajou Creation in partnership with Assad Events for an intimate, invitation-only shopping experience celebrating small businesses, community, and good vibes!

We're bringing together a curated group of businesses for an afternoon of shopping, sipping, connecting, and creating memorable experiences. We'd love to have your business be part of it!

• Exact Address: Shared with confirmed vendors closer to the event.

Vendor Registration Fee

Total: $78.58

• Vendor participation fee: $75.00
• Processing and administrative fees: $3.58

What's Included

Vendor Setup & Additional Chairs

• Vendors must bring their own table and any necessary display materials. limited number of tables are available to rent for $25 each and must be reserved in advance.
• One chair will be provided per vendor.
• Additional chairs are available for $15 each and must be requested in advance.
• Electrical access is not guaranteed and must be requested in advance.
• Setup instructions and arrival times will be shared before the event.

Registration & Payment

Vendor spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Full payment is required to secure your spot. Completing the registration form alone does not guarantee participation.

Vendor Responsibilities

• Bring your own table, products, decorations, and display materials.
• Keep your vendor area clean and organized throughout the event.
• Comply with applicable licensing, food safety, and event requirements.
• Be ready for guests at the scheduled event start time.
• Notify the organizers of any special setup requirements in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, because vendor spaces are limited, we ask that you notify us as early as possible if you can no longer participate.

• Cancellations received on or before November 7, 2026: Eligible for a refund of the $75 vendor participation fee. The $3.58 processing and administrative fee is non-refundable.
• Cancellations after November 7, 2026: No refunds will be issued, as the organizers need sufficient time to find a replacement vendor.
• No-shows: No refunds will be issued.
• Event cancellation by organizers: A full refund of $75 will be provided.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the event organizers.

Agreement

By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the vendor participation requirements, payment terms, and cancellation and refund policy outlined above.
