Bulk Order Policy
1. Minimum Order Quantity
Bulk discounts apply for orders of 10 or more items.
2. Discount Tiers
- 10-49 items: 5% discount
- 50-99 items: 10% discount
- 100-199 items: 15% discount
- 200+ items: 20% discount or custom pricing
This tiered structure aligns with common practices, offering increasing incentives for larger purchases.
3. Payment Terms
- Orders under $500: Full payment upfront.
- Orders above $500: 50% deposit at order placement; balance due before shipping.
- Accepted payments: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
4. Shipping & Turnaround Time
- Processing time: 2-4 weeks, depending on order size and customization.
- Standard orders of 100+ items qualify for free shipping. Customized or wholesale orders may have separate rates.
5. Customization Options
- Bulk orders may include custom branding or packaging.
- Additional fees apply for personalized designs or logos.
- Customization must be finalized at order placement.
6. Returns & Cancellations
- Bulk orders are final sale unless there is a defect or an error.
- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours for a full refund.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a restocking fee.
7. How to Place a Bulk Order

- Product(s) and quantity
- Customization requests (if any)
- Shipping address and delivery date
8. Rush Order Policy
Definition: A rush order is any request requiring completion in less than our standard 2-4 week processing time.
Rush Fee: A $150 fee or 20% of the total order cost (whichever is greater) applies to expedite production.
Approval: Rush orders are subject to availability and may be declined if they cannot be fulfilled without compromising quality.
Payment: Full payment, including the rush fee, is required upfront.
Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available upon request at an additional cost.
