What Is Your Return and Exchange Policy?

At Akajou Creation, we specialize in one-of-a-kind gifts designed to bring joy to you or your recipient. Because each piece is handmade or customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in specific circumstances.

We can assist if:
✅ Wrong item (size, color) was shipped
✅ Item was lost during shipping (Orders marked as "Delivered" are not covered—please contact the carrier directly)
✅ Item arrives damaged (within 7 days of purchase)

Exchange Policy:

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unaltered, and in their original condition.
  • Exchanges will be granted for an item of the same category & price.
  • All returns must include signature delivery and tracking details—requests without proper tracking will be denied.
  • We process exchanges 15 business days after receiving the original item.

💡 For remade or personalized items, the customer is responsible for the full price and shipping costs.
